The Grand Cathedral
A massive underground building in The City of Jewels, said to be the meeting place of the ruling Dao of the Elemental Plane of Earth.
The ceiling, walls, and pillars that hold the cavern up are all encrusted lavishly with several emperor's ransoms worth of jewels, from which the city gets its name.
An attendant and artist named Urd mentioned that the Cathedral is supposed to be protected by powerful djin wards that prevent teleportation inside of it. He also mentioned that the Dao jealously guard the jewels they so flagrantly display, and that they can track each and every one of them.
