Silverminds
A secret society with members across the globe, but mostly centered in The Guo Empire.
Most but not all members are spellcasters, and most but not all of those are arcane casters. A fairly high percentage of Silverminds fall under the umbrella of "Arcane Tricksters", mixing illusion/enchantment magic, deception, stealth, and martial ability.
The objectives of the organizationare unclear, though they appear to be opposed to The Guo Empire. Despite this, there is no indication of overt rebellion or even any violence targetted towards The Empire.

In the Campaign:
"Rusty" Lockrose is participating in the defence of Tuvev against the encorahcing Camkhian army as part of Third Tanglong War, though he seems to have reservations about his involvement. He and his sort-of-apprentice Merjan Kalila placed glyphs of warding around the keep to aid its defense, five "friends" of the Silverminds participated in active combat, and Rusty and/or other Silverminds scryed on Chi Ngan and their forces until the scrying was disrupted by unknown adversaries."Truth and Patience"
