Blowing Wind
A band of Nunangat peoples who live in the central Dents, on the edge of The Cahnars.
Though technically residing in Imperial territory, they are not citizens of the Empire, nor are they officially considered squatters or invaders. Politically, they occupy a grey area: their land is not of value to the Guoans nor have they ever posed a military threat. As such, it has been convenient for Chengdon to simply ignore their existence.
