Lord of Storm Circalion (a.k.a. The Winged One)
Circalion is the fourth child of Tai'San and Rinushka, their second son. He is one of the most active Princes of the Dawn.
His kin like him, are ferocious hunters of the sky, four wings sprouting on their back.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Circalion was of a light build, a necessity of his ability of flight. His four wings resemble that of a dragonfly.
Body Features
The most aweinspiring part of Circalion were his four wings. They stretch out from his body with a wingspan of about 2 meters. His fair skin contrasts strongly against the wings which shimmer in rainbow colours.
Facial Features
Thulions long blond hair was usually kept in a braid. His eyes were solid turquoise with no pupils. His thin pointy ears were oriented outwards from his skull.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
In his youth Circalion was a feral child. He loved hunting beasts for sport and passed his time before following Thulion to Noria by terrorizing the skies of the Inner World.
Sexuality
Circalion is homosexual. Early he fell in love with Thulion, but eventually understood that they wouldn't work out. He never took any other lover, except for Pandephra, who still mourns his death.
Like all Princes of the Dawn, Circalion is content with his sexuality. It does not occur to them that you might not be.
Education
Circalion was educated although unwillingly in the art of diplomacy, when he received his kin from his father. He used these skills to great effect when creating the Blood Oath of Noria.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Circalion considered the making of the Blood Oath of Noria and the Founding and growth of the city Dorralia his greatest achievement.
His friendship with Dorralia Golrok is a close second though.
Intellectual Characteristics
Circalion was an excellent judge of character, even if his intellect was somewhat lackluster. He was observant and knew exactly how to connect with who he was talking to. Sometimes his wild nature and animalistic instinct still shone through, but over time he mastered it more and more.
Morality & Philosophy
Circalion considered the just treatment of all his subjects his highest priority. He genuinely cared about everyone getting their fair share and strived to achieve this in Dorralia.

Circalion founded Dorralia in 261715 ATO in conjunction with Queen Dorralia Golrok. He ruled it together with her until his death.
