Kena Allanar
Located in the plains of northern Helarion, Kena Allanar stands as the capitol of the Sun Elves. Having existed since the earliest days of the Ithyrian Empires great expansion, Kena Allanar holds great historical significance among both the Sun Elves and the rest of Elvenkind. It's thanks to this connection to the history of the Elves, as well as its place as the seat of power of the Sun Elf monarchy, that has cemented Kena Allanars place as one of the great cities of the Elven Kingdoms.
Demographics
The population of the city of Kena Allanar is almost exclusively Elven, with the overwhelming majority being of Sun Elf Descent. Among the cities population, the most common occupations include artisans, warriors, and crafters.
Government
Kena Allanar is directly ruled over by the currently reigning King/Queen. All taxes collected within the city are are used to maintain its infrastructure, with the remainder being stored in the treasury.
Defences
Kena Allanar is surrounded by a tall stone wall, which can be manned by lookouts during times of conflict. Additionally, the inner city (which consists of the palace, as well as the major military structures and a few other important buildings) is surrounded by a wall as well, and serves as a fallback position in the event of an invasion.

Infrastructure
Kena Allanar has a number of artisan workshops, as well as a sizeable barracks and the largest university in Helarion, and there's a well maintained network of stone roads running throughout the city, and connecting it with the other settlements of Helarion.
Assets
Kena Allanar has plentiful access to stone, various markets, and facilities for artisanal and armour/weaponsmithing work.
Architecture
The buildings of Kena Allanar are predominantly built from stone, and are designed to allow plenty of sunlight in. Additionally, while the cities architecture makes use of the graceful style found in other Elvish structures, a number of other structures (particularly any buildings tied to the military) are built in more solid, utilitarian shapes, and artistic elements resembling the sun can be found throughout the city.
Geography
Kena Allanar is surrounded by mostly flat plains with some nearby rock formations, with a river a short distance away.
Natural Resources
Kena Allanar has arable land for farming near the river, and access to stone from the nearby rock formations.
