The controlling force that commands and rules the Nine Hells, weds Lilith upon coronation, holds mastership of Cerberus and carries the title and responsibility of Warden of the Blood Cage.
The current Ruler is Vol'trarna, having violently usurped the throne during the creation of the Sunlight Empire from Maelichos. Asmodeus has returned to the planar stage to strive for the throne he once held with a new approach
Regardless of power struggles, schemes and business, he does still contribute manpower and resources to the Blood Cage.
