The Great Vengeance is one of the
Dark Reign's dark divines.
Venge, as he prefers to be called, is the most neutral of the
Dark Reign, standing perfectly in the middle of morality. He joined the pantheon as a new addition only because the
Ralus Faith cast him out after he, according to his very nature, indiscriminately aided enemies of some of the
Ralus gods ’ followers into taking vengeance upon them. Multiple times. Hundreds of times.
Eventually, not even his closest
Ralus allies could stand it, and he was thrown out. And the
Dark Reign welcomed him with open arms and plentiful of ulterior motives.
He stands for all who have been wronged, and those who've had injustice done upon them need only seek his blessing for aid in their quest for revenge, in the form of unseen hands guiding fate in the desired direction.

Truespoken Sponsorship
Through a deal unknown to the rest of the world, Venge was responsible for sponsoring
Howaardt Truthlight into a demigod within the
Dark Reign, and he was elevated into the patron deity of the
Truespoken Dynasty .
He did this, characteristically, in vengeance against the
Ralus Faith for his exile from their pantheon, and it granted the god significant power and influence, as many
Truespoken worshipped him near-exclusively during their conquest and in the subsequent millennium.
Once the
Defiance had won the
Second Truespoken-Defiance War, many of the
Ralus gods desired the utter destruction of Venge for his actions, but the
Dark Reign shielded him against his aggressors and does so to this day. Therefor, any worshippers of the Great Vengeance are to be killed on sight by
imperial law.
