Tarra Suun Waterpaths
When outsiders travel to and from Tarra Suun, the Azzrezza Ascendancy has declared it punishable by death to enter their lands by air or land, unless you come walking from west of the desert and travel according to their more specific laws concerning such method of transportation.
Beyond that, their windships are only to be used by Tarra Suun or by outsiders if their lives depend on it. Once they are once again safe, the ships are to be turned over to the appropriate authorities, and can be used again should a Tarra Suun guide and driver be hired under the authorities’ watchful eye.
