Port Baralis
A port town in Clarain and a beach resort with war sport games in the mountains to the north.
These war games consist of the wielding of wands and illusionary weapons and the wearing of special armors. These armors count the number of kinetic strikes to a pre-determined and lock up when that number is reached.
