Lady Love

The Ralus Faith goddess of love, compassion, sex, mercy, justice and healing. Her heaven is the Singing Countryside.
The first to hold the name was the ascended mortal who was born with it; Layly Love, an elven woman who worshipped the concept of love in all its forms so thoroughly that she became a demigod and then earned her way into godhood.
However, when Layly Love was destroyed, her power was branded by her peers into the title of the one who would replace her.
Her successor was the dwarf named Mary Love, but her reign as the goddess of love was a short one, as she was stopped shortly after she had turned corrupt and obsessive over mortals, wishing to control their every move to assure that they would never harm themselves. She essentially wanted to turn mortalkind into slaves with a coating of motherly love to cover it.
After her defeat, the essence of Layly spoke, declaring that her power and her passion would only remain in the heart of her successors for as long as mortal freedom was respected. If they would break that trust, their power would escape them and find a more suitable host to ascend into divinity.
