Blue Pearl Bay

A series of docks in the Complexus Departure. The many docks of the Blue Pearl Bay, the largest section of the whole harbor, is a cacophony of work and persons running and working and shouting orders and bringing in cargo. There is also a heavier Alsguard presence than one would be used to.
