H.O.A.R.D. recruitment proclamation

My Dear Friend,

My name is Burthe, and I'm the leader of H.O.A.R.D., short for Hounds of Artifact, Relic, and Débris. Probably many of you heard about us before but let me introduce myself and my organization.

Many of you might know me as Burthe, the Plague. Yes, I've done unimaginable atrocities, but I'm not proud of any of my actions, and I had to do it to reach my current position and bring change into our lives. Now, as the leader of H.O.A.R.D. I can fulfill my lifelong dream to make the ancient treasures that the Rending brought to us work for us and better everybody's life.

You might have heard that H.O.A.R.D. is a dangerous organization and only works for the betterment of itself. And I agree with you. That was the previous H.O.A.R.D., but we culled those who worked only for themselves, and now I'm opening the doors of H.O.A.R.D. to everyone who wants to help me stir Tacillia to her golden age.

We are looking for many people with different aspirations. We need explorers and wanderers to travel to places uncharted since the Rending to map all the wonders this planet can offer. We need those folks who dare to brave the dangers of these new territories and collect every ancient piece of equipment. And last but certainly not least, we need those scholars and makers who can unlock the wonders of these ancient items and create wonderful new ones from them for the betterment of the people of Tacillia, like the prairie rover we are testing currently in the Pristine Prairie.

To achieve this, for the explorers and treasure hunters, we can offer first-class training and the chance to participate in missions led by veterans to increase their experience further. And to the scholars and makers, we can fund their work and new and never seen items our fearless explorers collect from unexplored parts of Tacillia.
