Regal Rose Apartments
Purpose / Function
The original purpose was to provide housing for young urban professionals. After the greater collapse of Mount Ridge's industry, several of the apartments have been purchased by a corporation to use as a rental property for new employees, or perks for clients. Several apartments are being used as apartments for various rich man's mistresses.
Architecture
This is an eight story modern steel and glass apartment building. The first floor, has all the offices and mechanical spaces. Floors two through eight each have six two story loft style one bedroom apartments. Most of the apartments are owned by corporations and rented out to their employees.
History
Built to be high end apartments in the Todlark Height section of Mount Ridge.
