International Law (Moonglow)

The international law department of Operation Moonglow works with governments to help create law to deal with the supernatural. The department also studies how governments are reacting to supernatural events and how that relates to Moonglow to keep Moonglow out of legal trouble. Due to how sudden all these supernatural events have occurred governments are generally highly unprepared and don't have a great idea of what to do. It can be particularly harmful for groups such as the Empowered, who governments fear will cause havoc. This can be seen with Sweden making it illegal to be Empowered, until public opinion about Empowered changed with the Lightspear Program. International Law could then step in and help the Swedish government create more humane laws. It is also helpful to make certain harmful supernatural practices illegal so that Operation Moonglow can step in and deal with the situation without the government cracking down on Moonglow. The current department head is Doug Glaslo.
