Wielder Madrina Leafkin, Double Negative
Born within one of the jungle tribes on Kerith, Madrina Leafkin was found to be a Psynplex very early on. Indirect nullification of other Xix' Psynate abilities occurring at random soon after her 2nd birthday.
The elders of her tribe believed this to be a sign that she was the long-fated Double Negative. After petitioning the The Council of Grand Architects and demonstrating the uncontrolled, potent powers she possessed; the Council decreed she be sent to the newly established research facility in nearby space. Madrina's parents left with her to go to the secret research facility.
After a Kerithian year in the facility, Madrina had developed basic control of the abilities granted by her Psynplexion.
Insidious tragedy unfolded when a small strike team of Vengeant Bionican attacked the research station. All scientists present and Madrina's parents were killed.
How Madrina survived was not immediately clear to Ordinus Ventraeu, who came to the research station following a gravitic anomoly originating from the station.
Feeling anxious, yet relieved, the young Madrina left the facility with Ordinus. Growing to see him as a father figure and an apprentice Seeker Operative under his guidance, Madrina followed her wanderlust despite the tragedy that lingered in her past. It's this wanderlust, and her crewmate family aboard the Metallis that have helped her through her traumatic past.
Many years later, a fateful meeting with Engelus would reveal a far more complex series of alliances and strands of fate.
Her potential to be the Double Negative all but confirmed, and exalted by the Zha'Dhen as one of the Wielders; the hunt is on to find and claim The Weight of The World before The Twinned can.
