Blood Powers are considered magical abilities unless otherwise stated. When using a Blood Power, you cannot spend more blood points to use an ability than your Inheritor level. You cannot cast more than one levelled blood power per turn except through the use of blood sorcery (Moroi sub-race feature). The listed Level is a designation of the Power Level (eg, Level 4 means the power is a 4th level power, akin to spell slots). Empowering an ability does not increase the number of bane ticks filled. When an ability lists a duration of “per level” this refers to your Inheritor level.
If a blood power lists a vampiric clan, only an inheritor who is of one of the listed clans can choose to pick that blood power unless gained from another feature or trait. If no clan is listed, any vampire can acquire that blood power.
