• Ability Score Racial Traits: A goliath increases their Strength score by 2, and one other ability score of their choice by 1.
• Type: Goliaths are humanoids with the giant subtype.
• Size: Goliaths are medium.
• Speed: Goliaths have a base speed of 30ft.
• Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Giant.

Giant Born (1)

You gain proficiency in the Athletics skill, and treat skull-sized rocks and similarly sized-stones as simple melee weapons that deal 1d6 Bludgeoning damage, these rocks are treated as possessing the Thrown (20/60 ft.) and Versatile (1d8) weapon properties. Large boulders are treated as martial weapons that deal 1d8 Bludgeoning damage, and have the Thrown (20/60 ft.) and Versatile (1d12) weapon properties.

Might of the Giants (2)

You treat melee Versatile weapons as Light weapons when wielded one-handed, or one-handed weapons while wielded in their Versatile mode. Additionally, two-handed melee weapons are treated as Versatile weapons for you, with their die size being reduced by one-step (1d12 or 2d6 > 1d10 > 1d8 or 2d4 > 1d6 > 1d4) if wielded in one-hand.

Mountain Born (1)

You’re acclimated to high altitude, including elevations above 20,000 feet. You’re also naturally adapted to cold climates.

Natural Athlete (2)

Whenever you take the Dash action you can move an additional 10 feet until the end of your current turn; additionally, you can jump twice the distance your Strength would normally allow.

Powerful Build (x)

You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.

Stone’s Endurance (1)

You can focus yourself to occasionally shrug off injury. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to roll a d12. Add your Constitution modifier to the number rolled, and reduce the damage by that total. After you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
