This monstrosity has no name. It hardly has language. Out of it's mouth comes gibberish, bits of goblin speech, with it's pitched raised. The following excerpt is from D20PFSRD.com;

Coveting power above all things, these wicked creatures revile in the subjection and domination it holds over others.
A goblin naga measures approximately 8 feet long and weighs upward of 150 pounds. While the standard version of the goblin naga remains a medium creature, these aberrations have been rumored to grow to massive sizes which rival an anaconda in size. Covered in slimy scales that range from a rust colored brown to a dark sickly green, the goblin naga has patches of wicked spines running along its back and tail. These spines seep an extremely toxic poison capable of killing an opponent with a single sting.

Encounters

When a goblin naga establishes a domain, it typically chooses a place far away from populated regions. Preferring the safety provided by hidden sites, such as underground crypts and lost shrines, or those found within the wilderness. The rare times that these creatures are be found within a city, they take great care in keeping their presence hidden from possible enemies.

Habitat and Society

Goblin naga are wicked creatures that spread only misery wherever they slither. These aberrations go to great lengths to establishing control by seeking out weak creatures like goblins. Through intimidation, and other less savory tactics, they are forced into their service. These displays often end by the naga killing an established leader by poison or the use of magical abilities, then devouring the corpse before a tribe as a show of dominance. Once control has been established, the naga will continue to use their sorcerer powers and natural abilities to maintain respect. A breech of loyalty is met with a slow and painful death, the naga making examples of any who dare question it’s leadership. Overconfident and aggressively violent, a goblin naga will attack any perceived threat that could jeopardize it’s territories and claimed lands. A goblin naga views no creature as an equal, and actively avoids working with others for fear of an eventual betrayal.
