Personal history

While Telkar's achievements as an adult are well-known, very few, if any, know that he was the son of a prostitute and a conman. Despite this, his parents loved him well, and when they passed from a plague in his childhood, he grieved them deeply.

Motivation

Over the course of his life, Telkar was motivated primarily by doing what it took to avoid conflict. As he grew though, he experienced an encounter with a beggar who took pity on Telkar and saved his life on a cold night. After that incident, Telkar started mindfully working on building a more compassionate and generous mindset.

Personality Quirks

Telkar was VERY touchy about his height. With three sisters and a brother each at least six inches taller than him, even a passing comment that could possibly set off a chewing out. This was a quirk so well known that his friends and associates would sometimes use it to form a distraction.    Unknown to everyone, Telkar also had a fantastic ability to bake, and would often bake bread to donate and anonymously leave it at various orphanages and organizations.
