Lord/Lady

This rank is inherited by the eldest child of the current Lord or Lady. In Orbico, only male offspring may inherit the title. In Belsa, Crystaria, Filhony, and Zel, the title is given to eldest child, whether male or female. If the current Lord or Lady has no offspring, the title moves to his or her next eldest sibling and their children. If the heir is under the age of 16, they gain the title, but their nearest relative aged 16 or older becomes their regent/advisor.

In Filhony, there are no barons or baronesses so the lords and ladies report directly to the count or countess.
