- Super Speed Arms - He can spin his arms so fast it pushes or pulls people away depending which way he's swinging.
Apparel & Accessories
- Magnet Armor Suit - He was given a magnet suit that slows bullets before sucking them into his backpack. His backpack is like a mobile metal forge. It melts down bullets without having him to feel the the heat, moves to the damaged areas on his armor and cools itself in the shape of the armor, replacing it.

Personal history
Jacob was bullied a lot as a kid, and he tried to listen to his parents when they told him to be the bigger man. But in middle school he had had enough. When he finally stood up to his bullies he forgot he never actually learned how to fight and just got swept up in the moment. He started wildly swinging his arms like a treadmill, and when everyone started laughing at him he just started swinging them faster, and faster, and faster. Before he knew it everyone was holding onto the sinks and bathroom doors begging him to stop. He was later expelled and was punished by his parents for hurting the other kids. But he couldn't stop smiling on his way home.
When he was older taking the subway to work he saw a lot of stuff happen to people. If it was a minor inconvenience to everyone people would speak up, but if it was a serious problem people tended to keep their head down. Jacob felt that urge to fight just like he was a kid. He pushed down the urge for years, even though he hated seeing how bad things could get for good people. He finally decided to step up and became the hero known as Turnstyle. He originally only patrolled the subways, before he branched out into the actual city. He was known for having a super hard on for justice, stalking criminals for weeks without showering. Forgoing food and other necessities just to catch someone. He became one of the grittiest heroes New York had, but he felt his impact was to small.
He eventually signed up to be a suit so he could have some money and backup to increase his reach. The advantages of being a suit were luxurious compared to how he was living before. Crimefighting also got much easier as well, which let him relax a little more. Now if you ask other heroes who worked with him before, they'd say he's almost a completely different person, especially his former mentor down in Nascent Bay. He's more about pampering than punishment these days.
