Personal history

Breana led a pretty active life, she climbed Mt. Everest, backpacked through Europe, swam sharks and even took up some extreme sports. Her parents coming from Lebanon never really approved of her activities since they moved to America, but they knew she was searching for her purpose. Nothing she did ever really scratched that itch that had long been plaguing her. Life had this air of emptiness like a wall with an unpatched hole. She had everything she wanted except that missing piece, and she had no clue what she had to do to find.

Life always happened to bring her back down with its nagging mundanity, standing in line to deposit a check. Over and over, for the rest of her life, the thought of working instead of enjoying life sent chills down her spine. That and the sudden pop of the gunshot that went off behind her. She ended up in a two hour standoff between the robbers and police. When the police tried to breach, one of the robbers guns went off. It went right towards her, and she vanished as the bullet through the window.

She spent a year trapped in this version of the world which was moving at a snails pace. Thats how long it took her to figure out to slow down, she was moving involuntary at super speed for a year. Scared as hell to go through that again, she slowly went one of the corporations to help her figure out her powers. When she entered her role as a hero she finally felt that itch go away.
