New Breed
The New Breed are young group of villains put together by Dr. Price and Dr. Nore. The two doctors came together as a effort to help accomplish each others goals. With them both adding their own creations, they needed another who they didn't have a hand in making, so one wouldn't have more influence than the other.
Together they often secure new powered people to sell off or operate on, they also commit some form of eco-terrorism. But they most assuredly go after the doctors enemies whenever they have the chance. They often fight with Ducklord, Felonious Lux, and the Dream Teens.
