• Software Engineer - He is highly skilled is designing protocols for automated cars. He also fully customizes his vehicles by himself to fit his own needs.

Specialized Equipment

• Vehicle Fleet - He designs or customizes cars to follow protocols or be autonomous. Every car he had was turned into a mobile weapon, fitted with armor and mounted guns. Some were filled with explosives or paralyzing agents or chainsaws on the sides. He also has amusement rides, tanks trucks and construction equipment at his disposal; and use their A.I. to speak for or issue out his commands via their speakers.

Personal history

Evian was a brilliant automotive engineer, he worked for a company that designed and tested cars. The newest model that the company was bringing to market had an extensive computerized system that was thoroughly embedded within all functions of the car. Evian tried to warn his company how much of a threat it could be if someone hacked into it, but his were worries fell by the wayside.

Thinking of killing two birds with one stone, he figured he could prove himself right and possibly get a promotion out of hacking the car. While still at home he got access to one of their cars, drove it off the lot and took it on a high speed chase. No one got hurt and the police never caught the car. So when he returned it to the company and told them how it easy it was, he actually thought he might get credit for it. His company fired him on the spot, and reported him to the police and then took his advice anyway.

Having been the person who did most of the work on the cars systems, he built in a backdoor to hack into the cars in case actual thieves ever managed to get in. He used that to steal every car on the lot, and then customized every car. His whole fleet is controlled remotely and he uses it to great effect.
