It has an A.I. package installed to help the driver, comes armored, and has a targeting system with numerous weapons to safely neutralize threats.

Personal history
Vittorio had taken an interest in racing early in life, thanks to his parents being huge fans. So he spent his life practicing in hope of becoming a famous driver. Eventually he did make it, surprising his parents and making them incredibly proud in the process. He enjoyed his life being in the limelight and achieving his dreams. His mother passed first when he was 24, and his father when he was 27. Their loss affected his love of the sport greatly, knowing they were no longer watching hurt him whenever he got behind the wheel. So he retired shortly after, and fell back on his faith going to work for the church.
While working for the church, the Carlisle's, an infamous mob family renounced their life of crime. They were known for their getaways because they would always use some kind of modified car to insure their escape. As apart of their penance they offered one of their vehicles to the church. After they took it was given to Vittorio to go over, and see if can be used as a transport for the pope. So he when began working on it he discovered all of it's features were still active.
Once he reported it to the church he figured they would get rid of it, or take it apart. But they surprisingly wanted it to be kept as is. They just wanted the lethal weapons attached to the vehicle to be nullified. The church wanted to take this opportunity to play a more active role in protecting it's people. So they decided to debut a few heroes of their own. They asked Vittorio to once again to get behind the wheel, to use his skills for the greater good.
