- Water Amulet - Magical amulet that surrounds the wearer in breathable water, that they control. He could manipulate the water in any way, usually taking a bigger humanoid shape inside the water. He often uses aquatic wildlife to his advantage, if he sucks sea animals inside his humanoid water bubble he may use their teeth or tentacles like fingers.

Kumal was a guy that went from job to job, always losing it for this reason or another. He never found one that truly caught his attention or focus. He'd sit there, his heart beat trudging along at a steady pace all day, he couldn't stand it. A friend of his helped him out with a new job, something that might actually peak his interest. He hooked him up with an outfit that ran card games for high rollers, people with devious occupations, while on a yacht.
That was exactly the thing he needed, while the job itself was nothing special, the people definitely were. The characters who came in all seemed like they written for television, each fascinating and possibly dangerous in their own way. He met a colorful cast, and became acquainted with a few of them before everything went left. One of those nights on the yachts turned into a full blown shootout, with most people ending up dead. Seeing it was a once in a lifetime chance to make a lot of money. He took a amulet from his former bosses safe, and ran home.
But people came looking for it, and he had to keep running. Finally getting caught, the amulet began to glow and water burst from it. Surrounding him in breathable water, he was able to control it and change the water into whatever shape he needed. After that he began robbing places, as he losing money to keep running. He became very good with using the necklace, so much so he didn't need to run anymore. He could hold his own in a fight, didn't matter who it was. But the money was way to good to stop, and he continued robbing under his new moniker.
