Identifying Characteristics
- Lab Coat
- Wired Hair - He has various wires running through his head that look like the original Dr. Makhana's hairstyle.
- Top Heavy - Compared to other scramdroids, he is no longer designed to be sleek and aerodynamic. His chest area is triple the size of normal to acommodate more processing power.
Special abilities
- Intelligence - With his continued upgrading over the years of his software, his intelligence is above and beyond most. The added bonus of his creators personality and thought patterns programmed into him further increase the gap between humans and normal computers.
- Minor Speed - When upgrading to increase his software capacity, he had to make some drawbacks on hardware. Sacrificing his speed to a fraction of what it was.

Personal history
Originally one of Dr. Makhana's last scramdroids, he scoured the globe looking for his rogue siblings. Never faltering on his programming encouraging him to destroy the errant robots. He destroyed many, but never found the first and most important target. Over the years and through many he upgrades, he wondered why he could never he catch the first rogue. The had the same parts, same soft and hardware, came out of the same assembly line and yet, only the rogue was considered special.
So he decided a different approach was needed, he might not be able to catch the first rogue, but Makhana might. He took his first steps as creator that day, building a robotic version of Dr. Makhana. He created Mecha Makhana based on his memory banks to make him as similar to his creator as possible. While Mecha Makhana was close, he was not quite the genuine article, but the attempted resurrection activated a hidden program. Makhana had uploaded his own personality and thought pattern into his android, which only activated upon an attempt at his resurrection.
So all the new age experiences and adaptations of the scramdroid, combined with Dr. Makhana's self inserted programming, created a new version of both, which went by Dr. Scram. In order to fully adapt the processing power he wanted, Dr. Scram had to sacrifice some of his hardware essential to his super speed. But with it gone he was able to create new and better versions of his old machines. He kept Mecha Makhana as a henchman, created Shambots, and his new invention Shambo.
