- Origin: Delusion became who is by going on a rampage. He killed civilians and cops alike. He is insane super-powered human, who kills what he thinks are monsters.
Consequences: Cyrus inadvertently caused an issue much deeper than mass murder. While at the time it was seen as a one off of a crazy person, in the current era it's used as excuse for bigotry. It also gave the military an option to work on its own superheroes, using the specific formula and Cyrus's blood. The soda which Cyrus spilled his blood in was specifically targeted and sold in lower income areas with minorities. Which was spin in a negative and deliberate light to sow distrust in powered people.

Cyrus is in shape for his age but has a rather skinny shape.

Personal history
Cyrus was born as he always, a true bonafide superhuman whose power lies in his blood. He unfortunately was not spared from the disease of madness. From a young age he would be terrified of strangers, thinking they were all monsters trying to kill him for his blood.
His parents moved to America to try to get better medical help. It worked mostly, he had less outburst and was able to control his delusions. He was able to lead a normal life, even after his father passed and people were worried it would affect him. He remained calm and was able to grieve normally.
But it would be his mothers passing that would drive him over the edge. Returning home from helping her shop one day, they interrupted a group of thieves going through their house. The fear took him over but he froze, and when he wouldn't listen to their commands they shot his mom. His fear and his mothers death instantly triggered his delusions. All he saw were monsters, and what he thought was their source of power. Which was actually just a soda called Nola Cola that they were casually drinking as they murdered his mother.
He ran and hid for a few days in a fugue state. Where he planned to avenge his mother, by ridding the earth of monsters. He got his hands on a few guns and knives, ran screaming into a busy a street and started firing. He led the police on a chase all day, killing as much cops and people as he could. His goal was to fight his way to their power source and destroy it, he found the Nola Cola plant and killed anyone in his way. He thought his blood would be poison to them. He dumped a large amount of blood he had been collecting over the years into the vats of soda. He did so repeatedly for a few days before he held the factory hostage for a few weeks without alerting the authorities somehow. Eventually someone got out and notified the police, he then ran away and after getting hit by a car, passed out. It was at least 10 months before anyone realized what he had done to the world.

Cyrus is one of the few villains who could be forgiven by some. He is not a evil, mean spirited or corrupt. He is just sick.
