The Crimson Specter: First Blood

The First Massacre

Crimson Specter was a brutal eco-terrorist whose attacks and murders became increasingly widespread during 2019-2020, but this was far from his peak. His first major appearance was during a luncheon trade agreement to hand over reserved land to a corporation in order to expand its infrastructure. During this time, he was said to "Phase through the walls" armed with a europan broadsword and slashing everyone down. Did not matter if you were a waiter, a bystander, or an employee of the corporation. If you were in the room, your viscera would paint the decor and the specter no matter what. It was a panicked phone call from an unnamed employee that described the killer as a "Crimson Specter," which would soon become the name coined by the public for this serial killer.

Appearance

The Crimson Specter was described as a tall male figure dressed in an all-white jumpsuit bulged in the chest from what could have been a bulletproof vest. He was armed with a europan broadsword but obviously had no skill wielding it. Despite all of that, he was graceful. It was apparent whoever it was found a sick art in it, yet if not for his abilities, he probably would have been gunned down by the bodyguards. He donned an equally white mask with red, bulging, fly-like eyes covered with a hood.

Location

The Location of murder took place at a fancy, high-end sandwich restaurant known as the Hummingbird. It was a two-story building in the Uptown of Union City. It was a popular restaurant owned by a Parian man, Alfonso Beatrix, who would also be killed during the massacre. The second floor was reserved for the important luncheon by city officials. The luncheon occurred primarily on the second floor in a windowed room rented out for the Corporation and some city officials.

Timeline of Events

12:30

Cullern Oil pulls up to the front of The Hummingbird moving inside the now empty building. Cameras show about eight people total. The Union diplomat, three other officals of the Cullern Oil Company, and four bodyguards in case of any trouble.

12:45

Cameras pick up the arrival of the head of parks and recreation Dan Halberd. He is followed by a bodyguard of his own and two secretaries. They head upstairs and meet with the Cullern Oil representatives. All proceeds to go well for the next while. They partake in small talk as well as discuss terms of the agreement for the next hour.

1:10

Alfonos brings the two parties their ordered food followed by one extra server. They engange in short small talk

1:35

At 1:35 behind the sandwhich shop cameras picked up unknown movement. A glimmer in the camera. This is the only time it was seen.

1:45

By this time the two parties have seemed to agree on a deal. They shake hands and a signing of papers commences. This does not end the meeting and instead they stay continuing talking. Perhaps adding more to the deal.

1:50

Security footage now shows the kitchen. Alfonso is not here, currently upstairs entertaining the guests. Several cooks are working hard. It is a usual day for them as they shout orders and work to do what they can in fast. In a moment ones head rolls to the floor. Camera footage cuts out. There was no reported screams. It can be assumed the 9 cooks were finished before any of them could scream.

2:00-2:15

The screams from the first floor were finally heard by those upstairs. Footage shows the man in white with red smears appearing and reappearing throughout the room. With quick slashes, people fall to the floor dead. Before long, the downstairs has been made into a horrific display of guts and gore.
Cutting to the second floor, the bodyguards have moved into position with their weapons drawn. It's quiet. 2 Minutes pass as nothing happens. One individual is calling the police. Suddenly, a blade appears from under the floor, impaling a guard's head. An official screams and proceeds back to a wall. This action was a mistake as the Crimson Specter phases from the wall, tearing them in half with their blade. Then he's gone as gunshots hit the wall. The call is picked up, claiming "something came from the wall." Police were sent immediately. The phone caller did not last long as the "Specter" appeared behind him, smashing his face into the window. Alfonso attempted to flee, only running into the killer's blade before cleaving in two. The massacre continued as the killer used the CO Diplomat as a human shield before brutally dispatching the rest. The footage was unclear due to the blood splatters.

Police arrived on the scene, the perp was gone, and all that was left was a bloodbath.
