Tri-Spire Towers Building / Landmark in Superia | World Anvil

Tri-Spire Towers

Three towers owned in the center of Carracosta. The tallest tower is owned in majority by Hearlds Worldwide Media, and used by Heralds' subsidiary local newspaper Shore's Herald and television subsidiary Shore's Herald Television. The remaining towers are rented office space for news organizations, lawyers, architects and more. The space between the three towers is a large plaza with stands and food trucks that cater to the office workers and surrounding area.

Iron Spire

Also known as T-One, or Tower One, was built in 1892 by architect and visionary John Einsenbuilt. At the time the largest building in Carracosta, it would later be suppressed by Vargas Tower in 1918. It counts with 79 floors reaching over 250 meters tall and three additional underground floors for parking.

Bronze Spire

Built in 1896, after large conflict with the city, by Eisenbuilt. After a litigious battle with the city, for the rights of the land and to built a higher skyscraper, Eisenbuilt agreed to built a slightly shorter tower than Iron Spire in exchange for the terrain.   It is the shortest of the Tri-Spire Towers, and even so, it took longer than the average for buildings it size. Part of the delay was John Eisenbuilt's way to circumvent the City's decision about making a higher tower. His idea was to make it longer than the Iron Tower, from the deeper underground floor to the highest upground floor, and he succeded. Bronze Spire has a total of nine underground floors for a total of 81 floors and 230 meters above ground - and 40 meters of it underground.   With 9 underground floors, most of which had no function until 1918 when military leasing the floors for meetings and special projects. Their contract terminated only in 1956, when it remained unused for two and half decades. Since 1981 the seven of the nine underground floors have been used as special servers for diverse technology startups.

Silver Spire

While the land was purchased by Eisenbuilt before the Bronze Spire was built, the Silver Spire would only be built in 1941, after John Eisenbuilt had died and fifty years after T-One.   With plans to be the tallest building in Carracosta, designed by Wagner Eisenbuilt, John's son and apprentice, the building had the longest construction period for the towers. It had whole floors designed and sold before ground was broke, however as the Second World Campaign got to its height and the investments dried up, Wagner had to be content with a shorter project in hopes of finishing soon.   Slightly taller than T-One, Silver Spire surpress Vargas Tower by only a small margin, the tallest building at the time. Still, it spans a total of 296 meters for 93 floors.
