Toralvitch

Found at the northern edges of Vielene/Valgrozna, uncomfortably close to the volcano that no one acknowledges as existing (see Dross), Toralvitch is as close to the middle of nowhere as you can get in a country this small.
It's not significant in any public way, and the population is rather limited, but ever so often it gets an influx of teenage tourists being shown the results of what happens when they do well enough. No one else knows what happened here, but they do.
In the early days of Academics Club, back when it was little more than what it claimed to be: a kind of reform organization for awkward teens (who happened to have superpowers). It wasn't until after the battle of Toralvitch that they were able to prove they were an effective way to teach young superheroes how to use their powers to protect people, and how to work together.
The people of Toralvitch, all 300 of them, are some of the only people in the world who know that the AC is more than what it pretends to be. Even within the superhero community, not all of them are aware of the function of this organization.
Other than hosting camps and retreats for the AC, Toralvitch has a thriving luxury textiles industry. Embroidery, specialized weaving, the production of rare materials, unusual dye colors, they do it all. No tailoring whatsoever, only fabric.
It's gorgeous fabric, though. And they'll make it to precise specifications, too, so if you need a suit the color of midnight made of a material that can be treated to behave like invisibility cloth, they can manage it.
Don't eat the local food, though. It's...an acquired taste. By which I mean you basically need to have no tastebuds at all.
