Northknife Pass

The high pass known as Northknife Pass is one of the two routes for passing through the northern edge of the Dustwall. Cutting from Bralizzar through to the desert, it allows caravans heading to the north-west to shave over a week of travel off the time it would take them to reach the Gates of Iron and then head west.
The pass is steep and narrow, but small groups of travellers are sometimes able to find the hidden sanctuary known as Erana's Peace, after the druid-wizard Erana who created it and others like it as she studied the desert.
