Finger Glove of Endless Ink

A small leather piece that magically fits itself to any finger size when worn. When wearing the finger glove the creature can draw or write on a surface with their finger. The ink never runs out, however, the size of the writing is dependent on the size of the finger. The ink is of the lowest quality ink, but can still be used for transcribing spells into a spellbook if the quality of the paper makes up for the ink.   The great Arch Mage Verotin invented the finger glove when he was still young and a beginning spell caster. One night he had been transcribing books as an assignment within the Academy of Magic and Mysteries when he ran out of ink. Again. He had already run out of ink three times and had to make the long trek down to the storefronts an hour from the academy library each time. Even though he had bought several ink wells each time. It was just a ridiculous waste of time. Why wouldn't the academy just give him the ink to complete the work on the books he wouldn't even be able to keep? Why did he have to spend his hard earned and finite resources for this? He didn't have the time or money for such inconveniences anymore. That's when the idea came to him. He made a final trek to the store and spent the rest of his money on the remaining ink at the store. It took him a month of experimenting to find the right combination of magic, ink, and leather. When he was successful he refused to give the information to his teachers, but instead shared the knowledge with his classmates in a rebellious act against those that had plenty of ink but made him buy his own.
