Lymbaugh
The Lymbaugh, also known as the Bone Wastes and the Land of the Restless Dead is a realm within the Lower Realms which is said to be inhabited by those unfortunate souls who have slipped through the cracks of the law of the City of Judgement.
It is an afterlife in the sense that the souls of the dead sometimes go there but for the most part it is unending torture and unrelated to the Afterlives found within the Eyes of the World Skull.
The Lymbaugh is an un-land with little defining landscape features and to the inhabitants either feels boiling hot or freezing cold depending on which hurts them more.
The Lymbaugh is a place of punishment and those who are condemned to dwell there by The Judge remain there for eternity.
Though Stygian Necromancy due to the unique placement of the City State of Styx most often involves binding and commanding souls before they arrive in the City of Judgement most necromancers across the Realms bind and command the souls of those who spend eternity in Lymbaugh.
