Combustible Ooze

Lately in Respite the fish caught from the ocean have been filled with an odd black sludge. Upon exposure to fire, the sludge violently explodes, and results have already been deadly.
In response, the Captain's Council has issued a standing ban on ocean fishing until the issue is resolved.
