Personal history
Our story begins in the year 1934. During this time the Nazis Party began experimenting with the concept of time travel and had asked their loyal party members to provide subjects for the experiments. Jasuiel was provided by her father as a means of proving his loyalty to the party, as his loyalty and racial status were under suspicion at the time. He was told that the expiriment would take approximately 64 hours to complete. But due to a glitch in the system controlling the machine, Jasuiel, who was supposed to be launched 64 hours into the future, was instead sent 64 years into the future. Her father murdered his commanding officer and he and his wife were both sent Dachau. They both managed to survive and were rescued by American GIs before the fall of Berlin.
Jasuiel's story doesn't end there. She was successfully transported 64 years into the future and wound up in Berlin in the year 1998. She died at some point during her time on the streets and must have returned, because she was picked up the Doweling Corporation within five months of her time travel experience. She was passed around through several of the orphanages until winding up in one of the English branches where she made her first and only real friends, Emilia Ovenyetski and Jonathan Marlboro (no connection to the cigarette brand). They taught her how to speak English, and gave her the means of activating her powers. When Jasuiel was about 9, the three friends were separated. Jonathan was sold to an American intelligence officer in the NSA and Emilia was sold to a talent seeker working for the Marshal and Blackwood Talent and Trade Licensing Co. Jasuiel was then shipped off again to an orphanage in Italy, where she was finally sold to Don Genoa Magnorelli, a mafia boss after turning 13.
The next few years of Jasuiel's life were hell on earth. Don Magnorelli adopted her on paper, but she was a slave to his whims. He trained her to be a weapon and body guard for the family, and to cope with the violence that she was forced to inflict on others, she developed Dissociative Identity Disorder (more commonly referred to as Multiple Personality Disorder) to throw those violent acts onto someone who relished committing them. She lived a vicious cycle of using her powers to kill others and feeling despair afterwards for eight years. Shortly after she turned 21, Don Magnorelli ran afoul of a business partner. That former partner hired out an assassin from Marshal and Blackwood Talent and Trade Licensing Co. to kill Magnorelli. Marshal and Blackwood sent in the Pale Horseman, their best assassin known as the Reaper in the underworld, to get the job done. The Reaper infiltrated the compound, subdued or killed Magnorelli's guards and took all the weight of his empire off of his shoulders, literally. Jasuiel was one of the guards working that night, and being the only returned on Magnorelli's payroll, was blamed for his death by the family. She was turned over to police, who upon learning she was returned sent her to a prison in Austria.
In that Austrian prison she most assuredly would have died, but much to her surprise, the Reaper who had murdered her former boss and adopted father rescued her from prison. The Reaper turned out be her childhood friend Emilia Ovenyetski, and the two of them got out of Europe and ran to America. Emilia offered Jasuiel a place in the organization she was making and Jasuiel joined under the condition that she didn't have to kill anyone. The two of them worked together along with many other returned who had had their lives ripped apart by the Doweling Corporation to dismantle the company and all it stood for and use its base foundation to form a nonprofit which supported the rights of child returned and trained and protected them until they grew old enough to decide what they wanted to be. Jasuiel, Emilia and their friend Jonathan set up one of their outlets outside of Regency City in New York State and now work with returned children to help them make a living in the outside world.

Relationships
History
The relationship between these two characters was rekindled when Emilia succeeded in murdering Jasuiel's adoptive father, Don Genoa Magnorelli, a mafia boss whose primary business ventures in the light space was real estate, but in the underworld was weapons dealing. Emilia broke into where the Don was hold up, took out his guards (including Jasuiel), and cut his head off. Being the only returned guard on the Don's payroll, Jasuiel was blamed for his death and as a result when the police came to investigate, she was turned over by the still breathing members of the family in return for asylum. Jasuiel was sent to returned prison in Vienna to await execution. Emilia upon hearing the news, broke her out of prison and offered her the opportunity to get revenge on the people who separated them in childhood. Jasuiel accepted her offer and joined the Scarred Children.
