M17 Machine Gun
The M17 is a water cooled, belt-fed heavy machine gun often used in machine gun placements and as weapons onto vehicles for the United Imperial States. It has a large canister on the front of the barrel filled with water to help cool the barrel and prevent overheating. This has made the gun very heavy and bulky, making it impractical for infantry to use like a typical fire arm.
Manufacturing process
First a Fabricator’s Plate is prepared. Then a Fabricator folds the plate until it is two shells of the gun. Then the mechanisms are inserted into one half shell and welded or glued into place. Then the Fabricator makes the final fold connecting the two halves of the weapon
