Anatomy
Natives of Thule, the Thuleians are a tall and muscular species of humanoid sentients. They share many physical similarities with humans but are distinguished by their pale white-grey skin tones. Their eyes are entirely black, and their hair coloration varies from whites to icy blondes, platinum blondes, and greys. Notably, Thuleians possess a distinctive dental feature that sets them apart: their incisors and canines are predatory in appearance, with serrated edges and a single row arrangement. This adaptation, reminiscent of the teeth of aquatic predators, contributes to the Thuleians' fearsome visage and reputation as skilled warriors. Their resistance to psionic effects, whether due to their low melanin levels or synaptic makeup, sets them apart. Thuleians are also known for their interbreeding compatibility with humans, resulting in hybrid offspring.

They are immune to all Telepathy-based powers, and any other Psionic checks targeting a Thuleian suffer a DM-2 penalty. However, this resistance comes at a cost, as Thuleians suffer a DM-2 penalty to PSI when attempting to learn or develop psionic abilities.Aerobatic Combat: Thuleians have a natural affinity with use of Jet Packs, Thruster Packs, Grav belts and Grav Assist. Thuleians gain a DM+1 to any checks related to operating these equipment types.
