Son of the chief of the Golka Clan, rulers of the Golushkin Mountains. Adopted by Howlan Garess.
As his clan and House Garess have come under pressure from House Surtova, Toval has begun planning to work with the Skjegge clan to evacuate House Garess and Greyhaven with underground tunnels. This is known only to Avarice Skjegge, Kiin, and Kiede.
