Bokken
An morally questionable alchemist who sells potions out of his hut. He's a heavy drug user who loves Moon Radishes. Experimenting on himself seems to have had permanent side effects, pushing him between feelings of euphoria and uncontrollable rage during which he attacks people.
In recent years, Bokken has been experimenting with advanced mutagens to boost both physical and mental aptitude. Early experiments had mixed results; some mutagens provided boons but were fatal, others improved physical prowess at the cost of temporary or permanent mental instability. After many experiments (on other creatures and himself) and with some testing from Alain Orlovsky, he finally completed it.
He has been selling a diluted version, named "Power Pot", exclusively in Oleg's Trading Post. It can boost strength for days at a time, and has become popular for people working physically demanding jobs.
