Armag's Tomb
A large tomb for the legendary Tiger Lords leader Armag. It is located in a granite hill in the Glenebon Uplands several days north of modern Drelev. A cliff face with a pair of gigantic double doors marks the entrance to the tomb. The tomb is carved from pale stone rich with iron ore, giving the appearance of flesh stained with dried blood.
Armag was so loved by Gorum that the tomb is in many ways a temple to him. His presence can be felt, and divine magic protect the stone from magical and physical harm. A series of trials is set up inside the tomb, each identified by glowing runes written in Hallit:
- Test of Tactics - A hallway with 16 names written on the walls, including some of Armag's close generals. Necromantic energy binds the people to their names. The test is passed when the names are scrubbed from the walls.
- Test of Prowess - A circular room containing an elite Iron Golem. The test is passed when the golem is defeated.
- Test of Agility - A cylindrical room with a thin, conical floor balancing on a support in the middle. Spike pits to either side catch people who lose their balance. The test is passed when the floor is supported from the edges so it won't tilt.
- Test of Endurance - A room with a wheel in the middle which gets harder to move the more it's turned. Turning the wheel fills the room with increasingly intense cold. The test is passed when the wheel is turned enough times.
- Test of Strength - A room containing a series of boulders of increasing sizes. The test is passed when the boulders are moved to corresponding circles.
