Brilliant Strategist Spend a Fortune point to pass a Tactics test with DoS equal to your Int Bonus
Charm, Always Charm Spend a Fortune point to pass a Charm test with DoS equal to your Fel Bonus
Cleansing Pain If you take damage, your next rolled test, within Willpower Bonus Rounds, gains +10%. You may inflict 1 Wound to yourself to gain this bonus, unless adequately restrained.
Exceptional Leader Up to Fellowship Bonus times per Encounter, at most once per Round, you may give an Ally a +5% that you can see, and communicate with efficiently.
Expert at Violence Spend a Fortune Point to Pass a WS or BS test with DoS equal to your WS or BS Bonus, using which ever you spent the Fortune Point to Pass.
Explorator Implants Gain 2 Good Craftsmanship Cybernetics.

Finder of Ways/Know the shadows Spend a Fortune Point to pass a Stealth Test with DoS equal to you Agility Bonus.
Flexible Spend a Fortune Point to pass an Acrobatics or Athletics test with DoS equal to you Agility Bonus.

Limitless Hate Once per Encounter, You may share the benefit of a single Hatred Talent you possess with a number of Allies equal to your Fel Bonus. This lasts for the duration of the encounter.
Mentor You count as a source of learning for any Martial Skill or Talent that an ally wishes to learn. You may Spend a Fortune Point to grant the benefit of a Skill or Talent that you possess to an ally for the duration of the Encounter.
Nuts, Bolts and Cogs Any Tech Use Test to effect a Repair on equipment covered by a Tech Use (Race) you know, is accomplished in 50% the usual time.
Astartes
Righteous Fire Spend a Fortune Point to confirm a Righteous Fury automatically when rolled. If generated with Bolt Weapon (these confirm automatically), then you may roll an additional +1d10 for damage
Unrelenting Devastation For each hit upon a horde, you automatically inflict +1 extra point of Magnitude Damage.
Student of Doctrine Gain a number of bonus Cohesion Points equal to your Fel Bonus. You are now a Sergeant in your chapter, or equivalent title.
Bolter Master You gain Weapon Expert, Weapon Drill and Preferred Weapon (Astarted Boltgun or Bolt Pistol) at Creation.
Untainted You may adjust the roll on the Psychic Phenomina table by a value equal to your Willpower Bonus . This may help you avoid a shift to the more dangerous chart.
Wings of Angels Gain the Death From Above talent. If you kill an opponent through use of this talent, then you gain Fear (1) for the remainder of the Encounter.
Wings of Fire If you Charge using your Jump Pack, then your Melee Attacks for this round gain the Flame Quality.
Guardian of Purity Reduce any Corruption taken by your Team by 2, to a minium of 1. When you use Medicae (First Aid) you heal an additional 1d5 wounds each time.
Improve Cover Gain a bonus number of AP from cover equal to your Int Bonus by spending 1 Full Action.
Blessed By the Omnissiah Gain an Enhanced Potentia Coil. Techmarine Only.
Legion and Heretic
Adroit Select 1 Characteristic. Any tests tied to that Characteristic gain +1 DoS. This can be used to flip a Failed test to a success.
Chaos Psyker You may expend your own wounds to improve the PR of a Psychic Power, as if Pushing, but without generating a roll on the Perils Table. You gain +1 PR for each 2 wounds spent. If you accept 1 Corruption then you cannot generate roll on the Perils Test through the use of this Psychic Power, this time.
Cold Killer Gain Unnatural WS or BS, at (+1), chosen at Creation.
Inspiring Presence You may spend a Fortune Point on behalf of others, under the normal rules.
Resourceful Gain 50 RP of Legion Equipment, one Imperial Weapon of Rare or better scarcity, and one Imperial Armor Upgrade of Very Rare scarcity or better.
Serpents Tongue Once per Session you may spend a Fortune Point to gain the benefit of Peer (Specific) for the duration of the Session.
Sorceror You may spend a Fortune Point to pass a Focus Test to Activate a Psychic Power, and pass the Channeling Test to end it. You spend only 1 Fortune point to pass both with DoS equal to your Willpower Bonus.
Traitor to Mars Gain the Mechanicus Implants Trait, if not acquired earlier. If you have them at this point, then you gain an Enhanced Potentia Coil (or demonically fired equivalent, check with your GM).
Xenos
Guardian Spend a Fortune Point to pass a Fear, Terror or Pining Test with DoS equal to your Willpower Bonus.
Guardian Ace When shooting weapons aboard a vehicle or spacecraft smaller than Voidship, you do not take a penalty based on your craft's speed.
Hearthguard Gain +1 Tier of the Skills Tactics (Squat) and Tactics (Vehicle Combat),
Iron Eagle Ace Gain +1 Tier of the Skills Operate (Aeronautica) and Tactics (Aerial Combat)
Technomat Gain +1 Tier of Tech Use (Any 1 Race, your own or another)
Too Hard to Care When you spend a Fortune Point to heal, you regain 10 wounds instead of the usual 5.
Adepta Sororitas:
Order Loquiteur You gain +1 Tier of Charm Skill and the Talent Good Reputation (Ad. Sororitas)
Order Pronatus You gain +1 Tier of any 2 Forbidden Lore skills.
Order Sabine You gain +1 Tier of Survival, and the Talent Air of Authority.
Skitarii:
Pure Sight Gain Unnatural Perception (+1), but you no longer have eyes.
Radioactive Gain Unnatural Toughness (+1) and Machine (+1), but every time you move faster than a Double Move (eg. Charge or Run) you gain a degree of Fatigue that cannot be removed or ignored, through any method other than adeqaute rest.
