Varius is theatrical and light-hearted in nature. He is the mastermind in sparking all of the chaos spread across Paradenia. He is a maniacal enigma that only seeks to bring the end of everything in a final song.
He was also the one who brought back Szorawai and manipulated the previous owner of BlackRazor. Varius is somehow causing monstrosities and ancient races to return. UnderDark creatures emmerging from the earth, monstrosities within capital walls and abberations attacking frontiers.
The Calamity of the Seven Springs was all a ploy so he can get Miwa of the Three Rings away from Mount Celest in orderto make a wish. What was the wish? No one knows...
However, now he has more power than ever before, and is driven to ensure everyone suffers a terrible, misserable death.
