Seven Springs

The Seven Springs, City on the Sea, glistening like a gem among the waves. Even if the blasphemy of men should wipe you from this earth, you will glisten in their heart forevermore.
The capitol of this nation is surrounded water, characterized by waterfalls and canals. The Seven Springs population is split between people of the seas and land, creating many unique and varied locations such as underwater cafes, the Grand Bazaar, shipbound marketplaces and their infamous springs that provide supernatural beneficiary effects to the body and soul.   Tourists can take the gondolas to move about the city, or mayhap summon an elemental to move about the capitol; some locations can only be visited this way.

When Land Meets Sea

The sea city is home to aquatic races such as tritons, sea-elves, sahuagin and merfolk. Humans, dwarves and half-elves also resides here. The core of the city is at sea level, but has grown to expand across large plateaus, leading up to the tall grey mountain range. There is a rich culture formed from the union of land and sea that can’t be experienced anywhere else.

Divine Hot Springs...

One of these phenomena are the existence of seven springs the capitol was named after. These springs were birthed when man and seafolk united in the past to battle against an Aboleth whom had enslaved them for over a millennium. As the name entitles, there are seven springs, each with unique properties: from healing grisly scars, invigorating an aged body, to even providing clarity of mind.

Hub for Global Trades

The Grand Bazaar is another tourist site, known to be a global trade hub, where wares from Ethindras and other smaller countries can be found. A majority of magical weapons, armor, and relics are found in the bazaar. If you’re searching for uniqueness, then search no farther!

The Calamity That Befallen the Springs

It was in the late year of 749 that the Seven Springs was attacked by a ghost of the past, General Zurd, who used the seafolk to attack the capitol; sparking a civil war between sea and land to summon The Fury. Thanks to the valiant efforts of the Saviors, his plot was foiled, and the Seven Springs was spared from destruction. This maddening event is known as the Calamity of the Seven Springs.
Though tensions between land and sea were present, with time, the two unified and grew an even stronger bond than before. The Seven Springs commemorated their Saviors by creating a statue in their honor. This monument can be visited in the center of the Grand Baazar.
