Eternal Winds Marine Corp Division

The Eternal Winds division is the 2nd largest portion of STEPP. While the army specializes on land and open combat, this division forte is in open-water combat. They're primarily sent to the Seven Springs and Raverius, but deploy to other coastal cities.
They are trained specifically to fight malicious sea-inhabitants on their territory as well as to fend off raiding pirates.
