The elemental spirits of this new world become angry with the god's subjection and lashed out against them.

The raw elemental forces of the shapeless light were enraged by the gods attempts to shape them into reality. Being forced to become the foundations of the god's vision. So they lashed out, obliterating all efforts by the Ϭ 5 in the creation of Stelair. Mosa, tired of the seeming unending cycle of creation and destruction, offered the elementals a deal. If they would stop their wanton destruction of reality, the gods would give the elementals solid forms and the opportunity to experience existence in a brand new way.   Cautious at first, the elementals were allowed to try out these new forms. Seeing what the Ϭ 5 intended to do should they be unhindered. After experiencing the intoxicating pleasures of a shaped reality the elementals relented. Allowing much of their powers to be siphoned away from them to create this new world. Leaving them in a sub-immortal state, albeit still very powerful.   Unbeknownst to the elementals however, Mosa and the other gods sealed them in their own diluted plane. Made specifically for the elementals to enjoy while lacking much of the complexity the Ϭ 5 wanted to create. So making the separation of the Elemental Plane and the Plane of Stelair.
