Vincent the Viper

Vincent the Viper is a mercenary villain, always moving to wherever he can make the most money, as well as trying to outrun the authorities or heroes that are often on his tail. He's best known for his poor British accent, which he affects in an attempt to make himself appear more suave. Vincent has a reputation for being somewhat cowardly and unwilling to risk himself, which prevents him from using his abilities to their fullest.

Vincent is considered a Class B superhuman.
