Veltor

Veltor is a hero from Seattle, and is relatively well-known for his work fighting against villains throughout the region. He's the leader of Veltor's Valiants, a small team that primarily operates east of the city proper, and he's known for numerous public appearances.

Veltor is considered a Class B superhuman.

Apparel & Accessories

Veltor wears an armored suit in silver and red, which has a lightning bolt theme to it. The suit allows him to fight other superhumans more easily, as his abilities don't provide much in the way of defenses.

Specialized Equipment

Veltor's powers are weather-based, as he's able to create small blasts of lightning and accompanying thunder, and he can intensify or weaken existing weather patterns within a mile or so of him. He is capable of flight as well, and between his abilities he's considered a modestly powerful hero.
