Storyteller

Few villains are viewed with as much trepidation as Storyteller. Once he was a hero called Mesmer, but after an unfortunate encounter with a villain, his powers broke and mutated from simple illusions to something else. Storyteller went mad, and his delusions became real for not just him, but all those around him. His powers allow him to manifest heroes, villains, and anything else he so desires in a specific distance around him, and worse, what he believes is real and ‘true’ to anyone who is inside the area of his powers. While his creations vanish once outside of the realm of his powers, and he fixes most physical damage seemingly unconsciously, deaths he causes are not undone. He has no true goals, but has been lured into a small, undisclosed and abandoned city in the western United States, where his stories cause less damage, at least as long as he deigns to stay there. No one knows the limit of his powers, and no one has dared to try to find out.
Storyteller is considered a Class S superhuman, or possibly even more powerful.
