Stalker Seven

A villain for hire, Stalker Seven is one of seven siblings who have taken up a life of crime and were trained to be assassins and infiltrators. Not much else is known about him, though he's believed to be bald. His voice is strange with an almost artificial lack of accent.
Stalker Seven is considered a class C superhuman, though he has killed people who were higher ranked than him.

Stalker Seven is able to turn into a shadow that can melt through floors and walls, though only briefly, and is unnaturally agile and strong for his size. He's also trained in martial arts, and specializes in misdirection, which he uses to attack.
